Maria Flynn

Maria Flynn has been President and CEO of Jobs for the Future since 2016, leading the national nonprofit’s work to transform US education and workforce systems, and is a national authority on the future of work and job quality in the era of AI. She launched JFFLabs to connect education and workforce systems with technology-driven innovators, established JFF’s impact investing arm, JFF Ventures, and previously served as a senior official in the US Department of Labor.
