Rt Hon Sir Julian Smith MP

Sir Julian Smith chairs the International Finance Facility for Education (IFFEd), the Aaa rated facility that launched with $1.5 billion in commitments to expand education and skills in lower-middle-income countries. An MP since 2010, he served as Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, where he oversaw the agreement that restored power-sharing at Stormont, and previously as Government Chief Whip.
