Tendai Mashingaidze

Tendai Mashingaidze is the founder of Ubuntu Equity, an impact investment and advisory firm based in Johannesburg. Over his 10 years leading Ubuntu Equity, Tendai has worked with over 1,200 startups, creating job opportunities for thousands of Africans. He previously served as CEO of Econet Education. An alumnus of global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, Tendai also serves on a number of boards for startups as well as investing companies, both locally in SA and internationally.
