The primary focus of the position will be working with our social content strategy to create regularly scheduled content that will help to reach the targets set in our five-year strategy — due 2028. This includes overseeing our brand advocacy work with social media influencers.

Lead a social media strategy and busy posting schedule focusing on growing our followers (ideally aged 18-24) in authentic and appropriate ways for the brands.

3. Reporting:

We streamline reporting to a few core metrics that matter. The Social Media Manager will generate regular reports, analyze insights, and recommend adjustments to content and strategy to achieve our growth objectives.

4. Brand guardian and innovation:

Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all content adheres to our visual style and tone of voice guidelines. Continuously explore innovative content formats and strategies to meet our goals.

5. Cross-organisation liaison:

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and distribute timely content announcements and updates across relevant social media channels as they relate to projects, appeals and initiatives they are working on.
