In the third episode of her Better Angels podcast series, Sarah Brown's guests include Anoka Abeyrathne - one of Theirworld's network of 500 Global Youth Ambassadors in more than 80 countries.

That’s the theme of the latest episode of Better Angels – a new podcast series hosted by children’s campaigner and Theirworld President Sarah Brown.

She talks to politicians, entertainers, activists and world leaders about their inspiration, their hopes and their dreams at a time of enormous international upheaval.

Global Youth Ambassador Anoka has been volunteering since she was a child and co-founded an eco-social enterprise at the age of 13 after the Boxing Day tsunami of 2004 devastated her native Sri Lanka.

“We are now in five countries and reach over 50,000 people,” says Anoka.
