The world's most famous schoolgirl is celebrating an excellent set of exam results. Three years after clinging to life following the Taliban's attempt to assassinate her, Malala Yousafzai has achieved six A* and four A grades in her GCSE exams at her secondary school in England – in a school year when the Pakistani teenager was jointly awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for campaigning for girls' education.
