Legacy Giving
Help Theirworld USA change their world by leaving a gift in your will
Consider becoming a legacy donor and leave a lasting impact to the Theirworld USA’s mission to end the global education crisis. You can do this by including a bequest provision in your will.
A will is a legal document by which you may delineate the distribution of your assets and belongings to family, friends, and charitable organizations upon your death. You may make a charitable bequest to Theirworld USA by including such bequest in your will or revocable trust (e.g., I give and bequeath [$/percent of my residual estate] to THEIRWORLD USA for its general purposes). It is important to use the full legal name of the organization in your will.
During your lifetime, any assets or belongings reflected in your bequest will continue to remain in your possession and you may change your will at any time. If you already have a will, you may amend your will or create a new will to bequest to Theirworld USA. Because individual circumstances vary, please discuss your gift planning wishes with your legal and tax advisors before making a decision.
In addition to a bequest provision in your will, there are numerous other ways to become a legacy giver. You should talk to your attorney about various types of bequests and how each could fit your legacy goals.
