Theirworld’s mission is to ensure that every child has the best start in life, a safe place to learn and skills for the future. The resources included in this hub have been created by Theirworld for teachers and students to help them learn about the global education crisis.
In response to requests from schools to engage with our work, we launched the Theirworld Teaching Resources – a series of free, award-winning, UK-focused teaching packs for students aged seven to 16. Teachers can use these resources in their classroom to explore how education unlocks climate action, supports refugees, improves health and well-being, and builds skills for the future.
In addition to the resources available for teachers, Theirworld has developed a comprehensive online research tool geared towards secondary and university level students studying the global education crisis. Teachers should feel free to share these resources with their older students
Theirworld’s Global Youth Ambassador programme brings together 2,000 young campaigners from around the world with passion for social justice and the right to education. The two-year programme is open to people aged 18 to 30. Teachers can share this homepage with older students who are looking to take their youth campaigning to the next step and who would be interested in joining the programme
The Key is a comprehensive information toolkit for students of all ages to help them make a robust case for education. The Key has all of the talking points, pitch decks, facts and infographics students can use on their own to make the case for education.
