Postcode Lottery and Postcode Education Trust

2026 marks a significant milestone – 10 years of funding made possible thanks to players of People’s Postcode Lottery. Over the past ten years of funding and most recently through the Postcode Education Trust, players have raised £18 million for Theirworld, helpings tens of thousands of young people go to school and unlocking opportunity for millions more.

The funding model is flexible and long-term, helping Theirworld address emerging issues in global education, react to crises disrupting school and build new ways of working with local partners and young people to affect change.

With a minimum of 30% of every ticket price going to charity, players have raised over £1.5 billion for good causes. Theirworld also receives funding from the Postcode Loterij in the Netherlands.
