Laboratory director speaks at international conference

Dr James Boardman, Scientific Director at the Jennifer Brown Research Laboratory, was invited to the prestigious Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh this week to give a lecture on ‘Cerebral effects of human breast milk’.

The conference, ‘Breast Milk: Science and Practice in the Neonatal Unit’ was attended by eminent scientists from Scotland and overseas: (pictured left to right) Dr Vivien Swanson, University of Stirling; Professor Paula Meier, Rush University Chicago;  Dr James Boardman, University of Edinburgh; Professor Shoo Lee, University of Toronto.
