Emma Freud was co-creator of the Make Poverty History campaign, co-producer of the Live 8 concerts and creative director of Comic Relief where she worked for over 30 years. In 2011 she was awarded an OBE for services to the charitable sector. She’s a seasoned interviewer, a long-term presenter for BBC Radio 4, host of NTLive, and won the ‘Columnist of the Year’ award for her series of articles in the Telegraph on living in New York. Since 1991 she's worked with Richard Curtis as either script editor or co-producer of 18 films including Four Weddings and a Funeral, Bridget Jones’s Diary, Notting Hill, Love Actually and Yesterday. For the last 2 years Emma has hosted The Archers podcast on The BBC.
