Lorraine is a parenting journalist and Sunday Times best-selling author of two books. She co-presents the podcast Postcards from Midlife. Previously Lorraine was Editor in Chief of The Sunday Times Style, Editor in Chief of British ELLE, EIC of Cosmopolitan and features editor at The Times newspaper. Lorraine has worked as a journalist and editor for more than 30 years and currently writes for several national newspapers and magazines. She is a former judge of the Women's Prize for Fiction and sits on the membership council of the Tate art galleries and the media advisory board of Tate Modern. She is also a volunteer academic support tutor working with teenagers for the charity IntoUniversity. Lorraine is a mum of four.
