Lorraine is co-presenter of the podcast Postcards from Midlife. She is the author of a best-selling book on parenting teenagers and is currently writing another book for Fourth Estate on women and midlife. Previously Lorraine was Editor in Chief of The Sunday Times Style, Editor in Chief of British ELLE for 12 years and a former editor of Cosmopolitan. Lorraine has worked as a journalist and editor for more than 30 years and currently writes for several national newspapers. She is a judge of the Women's prize for Fiction 2022 and sits on the membership council of the Tate art galleries and the media advisory board of Tate Modern. She is also an ambassador for The Menopause Charity and for Women in Sport.
