Shannon de Boissard is a founding partner and the CEO of Percy & Reed, the award-winning British haircare brand founded in London and loved worldwide. She has extensive experience in strategic development, brand growth and commercial negotiations gained over a 30-year career in finance, media & entertainment, fashion and beauty in New York, Paris and London.
While working in Mergers & Acquisitions for J.P. Morgan, Shannon assisted luxury goods companies to restructure or sell their businesses. At Bertelsmann Music Group, she implemented discreet elements of the vision for the UK music division and operations of Arista Records. Shannon consulted to global fashion brands including Donna Karan, Tod’s, Michael Kors and Celine on broadening their market reach. She also served as a global ambassador for the prestigious Donna Karan brand and was honoured as one of their “Women Who Inspire” for her social impact and philanthropy.
