Theirworld launches charitable partnership with Astley Clarke in London

Up for School or #upforschool campaign

Sarah Brown, Bec Astley Clarke and Laura Bailey arrive at the event

Last night Theirworld was proud to launch its charitable partnership with jewellers Astley Clarke at an event at the Mondrian on London’s Southbank.

Founder Bec Astley Clarke MBE introduced the bespoke gold vermeil and sterling silver bracelets to two hundred guests including Laura Bailey, Sandi Toksvig and Downton Abbey’s Laura Carmichael and explained that 20% of all sales will be donated to Theirworld.

Said Sarah Brown ‘We want to help as many children as we can: from those vulnerable babies whose lives could be saved with the right medical advances, to those kids and young people who have the hardest start in life and need greater support and encouragement.’

Also at the event was award-winning photographer Simon Urwin whose pictures of children from around the world and their stories about going to school were being exhibited.
