A Ciegas Teatro por la Integracion Asociacion Civil

“Teatro Ciego” (Translated as ‘Blind Theatre’) uses immersive theatre and storytelling in complete darkness to help children aged four to 17 see the world from a different perspective. 

Using touch, sound, smell and taste instead of sight, participants experience stories in ways that educate empathy, creativity and understanding. The programme combines live performances, audio experiences and interactive activities that invite children to reflect on how people experience the world differently. 

By helping children better understand the experiences of people with visual impairments, Teatro Ciego promotes inclusion, challenges stereotypes and encourages more supportive and respectful relationships between peers
